  1. PRIVACY OF YOUR SERVICES

    1. We consider Your registration data and the content of all of Your messages to be private. Messages that You send will be received by others with Your name and Internet Protocol (IP) address contained within the header of Your message. Similarly, any website You post will display Your URL or email address. You may not post web content anonymously on our Services.
    2. We will not intentionally monitor or disclose any of Your email messages or registration data unless We believe in good faith that We are required to do so (i) to enforce these Terms and Conditions, (ii) to comply with court orders or other laws, (iii) to defend Us in any action, or (iv) to protect our property and rights. On rare occasions, We may monitor specific traffic involving the Services, for short periods, for quality control and to determine if illegal activity is occurring. You will not be notified if this occurs, although We will do our best to protect Your confidentiality unless We believe You are violating these Terms and Conditions or the law, in which case We reserve the right to use the information as necessary.

    3. From time to time, We may place identifying information on Your computer in the form of what is called "cookies," solely for the purpose of identifying You as a valid user and the type of use. This identifying information will, however, not be provided to others, except as part of the Services provided to you and your Account.

    4. Additionally, You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Since privacy is a function of Your password, We encourage You to change Your password frequently and not to share it with anyone. We are not responsible in any manner if you do not protect your password.

  2. PRIVACY OF YOUR REGISTRATION DATA
    1. You understand that the Services are supported in part by advertising, so We will disclose statistics about our aggregate registration information in connection with our marketing and advertising activities. This does not mean that We will provide individual registration data except as provided in the next sentence. In cases where You elect to receive services from third parties associated with Us, You grant Us the right to disclose Your individual registration data to those third parties in order to fulfill Your requests and to verify the validity of orders. You also understand that third party service providers You may reach through the Services have individual policies concerning the privacy of customer information which may, and probably do, differ from ours and over which We have no control.
